1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging TBM Green ("Company," "we," "our") for commercial cleaning services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
TBM Green provides eco-friendly commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:
- Office and commercial building cleaning
- Medical facility cleaning
- School and educational facility cleaning
- Floor care and carpet cleaning
- Post-construction cleanup
- Specialty cleaning services
3. Service Agreements
All cleaning services are subject to a written service agreement that specifies:
- Scope of services to be performed
- Frequency of service
- Pricing and payment terms
- Duration of agreement
- Cancellation policies
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Standard terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may be subject to service suspension or late fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of scheduled services requires 24-hour notice. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Long-term contract cancellations are subject to the terms in your service agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide safe access to areas requiring cleaning
- Notify us of any hazards or special conditions
- Remove valuable or fragile items from cleaning areas
- Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity)
7. Insurance and Liability
TBM Green maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not secured properly. Claims must be reported within 48 hours.
8. Environmental Commitment
We use eco-friendly, Green Seal certified cleaning products. We reserve the right to recommend green alternatives to any client-requested products that do not meet our environmental standards.
9. Confidentiality
Our staff are trained in confidentiality protocols. We do not disclose client information or discuss client facilities with third parties without consent.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multnomah County, Oregon.
